Starting out simply as a favour for a friend of the family, that being the creation of a website. Word grew locally and between friends and requests came in for this and that, can I do this, how do you do that.
In essence, Rafflehouse came out of necessity, as many people offered web services, but were forgetting not everyone is web savvy, or wants to be but most of all they want to still be in control.
Coming from a customer driven industry it soon became evident that if the industry I work for has had to adapt to meet the expectations of the customers for whom we serve, then why not the others. Many established small companies pay over the odds for a website they have had little input into or remain in control of. Rafflehouse insist on the customers input, to quote a conversation with Bespoke Windows and Conservatories, I know nothing about double glazing, that is why I would employ you to fix my windows!
It would be nice to say we provide a national service, but simply, we do not, but we would find somebody who can be trusted who would provide a similar service to you. We are based in Tameside, Greater Manchester and only operate around that area. As we progress through our business plan we will be branching out and as such will update this information as time goes on.
Starting out simply as favour to my niece and other members of my extended family, I have rescued countless computer systems, retrieved Gigabytes of data and recovered Reams of University Work. This has now progressed into a continual stream of Pc’s & Laptops with all manner of problems or simply requiring updating, information transferring or data being wiped permanently.
